Fizz Slide — Privacy policy
Last updated: 19 October 2026
Fizz Slide is a game for Android made by Fox App Development ("we"). This policy explains what data the game uses, why, and what you can do about it.
Who is responsible
Fox App Development. For questions about privacy, write to koen@foxappdevelopment.com.
What we do not collect
Fizz Slide has no accounts and no servers of its own. We do not ask for your name, e-mail address or any other personal details, and we do not receive or store data about you ourselves.
What stays on your phone
Your best score, the number of games played, your settings (sound, vibration), whether you have seen how to throw and when the game last asked for a rating are stored on your device only. If you have Android's backup to your Google account switched on, Android may include them in that backup, and when you move to a new phone Android may copy them across. Uninstalling the game deletes them from your device.
Advertising
The game is free and shows ads through Google AdMob, a service of Google. To show ads, measure them and prevent fraud, Google collects and processes data such as your device's advertising ID and app set ID, your IP address and the approximate location it gives away, device and app information, diagnostic information about how the app and its ads perform, and how you interact with the game and its ads. Google receives this data over an encrypted connection.
- In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland the game asks for your consent first, using Google's consent form. If you allow Google to store information on your device but not to personalise ads, you see non-personalised ads: not based on your interests, though they still use your advertising ID to limit how often an ad is shown and for ad statistics. If you do not consent, you see limited ads: not personalised and without your advertising ID. Google still uses your IP address to deliver them, and may store information on your device solely to detect fraud.
- You can change your choice at any time with the privacy button on the game's title screen.
- You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads).
Where the GDPR applies, personalised and non-personalised ads, and storing information on your device for them, rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with the privacy button. Limited ads, and using your IP address and device information to deliver ads and detect fraud, rely on our legitimate interest in paying for the game with ads that are free of fraud.
Google may process this data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States, under safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How Google uses this data is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and in Google's privacy policy.
Ratings
Now and then the game may show Google Play's own rating window. That window is run entirely by Google Play; we do not see who rated or what they wrote unless it is published as a review.
Children
Fizz Slide is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data and to object to its use. Because we hold no personal data ourselves, for data processed by Google you can use the settings above or Google's own tools. You can always contact us at koen@foxappdevelopment.com, and you may complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new date.
